Sex Education Season 4 Latest Updates

The third season of the cult series Sex Education was full of cliffhangers and heartwarming moments, and we can expect even more from the fourth. Asa Butterfield, Ncuti Gatwa, and Emma Mackey are among the cast returning for Season 4 and filming is currently underway.

The upcoming season of Sex Education is going to be different as the show moves away from Moordale Secondary School, where it has been previously located. This will mean that Otis and Maeve will be juggling a long-distance relationship in the new episodes.

Asa Butterfield and Ncuti Gatwa, the stars of the series, are both set to return for Season 4. However, fans will notice that the show has lost a few characters from previous seasons as well. Tanya Reynolds, who plays Lily, and Patricia Allison, who played Ola, will not be back for the new episodes. It is also reported that Rakhee Thakra, who played teacher Emily Sands, will not be returning to the show.

Dan Levy, who plays Thomas Molloy on the acclaimed TV series Schitt’s Creek, will join the cast of Sex Education for the fourth season. He will play a recurring guest star role throughout the season and will be joined by six new regulars, according to Variety. The new cast members include Alexandra James, Felix Mufti, Thaddea Graham, Marie Reuther, Anthony Lexa, and Imani Yahshua. It is still unknown what the other cast members’ characters will be, but Variety claims that the new season of Sex Education will begin filming this summer.

Another character that will be introduced in the fourth season of Sex Education is Abbi and Kent, a trans couple who are described as “the ultimate power couple”. A casting call posted on Twitter by Krishna Istha, one of the writers for the series, has revealed that these two characters are going to be the focus of the upcoming episodes.

With Otis, Maeve, and Eric set to take on a whole new challenge this time around, we’re sure that it will be an exciting season. It’s all about whether they’ll be able to keep their friendship alive and make things work while they’re far apart. We’re also going to be seeing Otis’s softer side as he attempts to win his wife’s heart and create a family of his own. Alistair Petrie, who played Adam’s father, will be back for Season 4, but we’ll see him in a more positive light this time around.

Otis’s role as an advice giving therapist worked really well in the third season of the series, and it was great to see his character being portrayed with the right amount of nuance. He was often wrong and didn’t always listen to his clients, but this was done with the right amount of respect for both people. He was a likable and relatable character that the viewers could relate to, and this is what made the third season so special.
