Kendall Jenner Responds To Comments That Her Skims Lingerie Photo Causes Body Insecurity

elle– On Friday, Kendall Jenner posted behind-the-scenes images and videos from a photoshoot for her sister Kim Kardashian’s shapewear company, Skims.

After seeing the photos, one of her fans tweeted, “I got 99 problems and looking like Kendall Jenner would solve all of them.”

Jenner saw the tweet and retweeted to tell the commenter that she has her own struggles, too:

“i am an extremely lucky girl. appreciative of all that i have. but i want you to know i have bad days too and that i hear you! you are beautiful just the way you are!!! it’s not always as perfect as it may seem.”

In the past, Jenner has spoken out about her own body confidence, especially when it comes to comparing herself to her sisters.

“My sisters are a lot curvier than me,” Kendall said in an interview with The Telegraph. “They have boobs, and I don’t have boobs. Growing up being this little twiggy girl, I saw my sisters and always thought ‘oh no am I supposed to be more sexy like them?’ I almost felt like I didn’t fit in for a part of my life.”

She added that she eventually got over those insecurities, and she’s accepted that she and her sisters are different in their personalities, too.

“I like that I have a different vibe to everyone,” she said. “I like to do different things. And that’s okay.”
