Cheryl is said to be on the hunt for a huge TV deal as she fears her new music won’t get her the high profile that she wants.
The singer is currently considering record deals under which to release new music, but Cheryl has allegedly realised that she can’t rely on music to bring her the fame she’s after.
The 34-year-old has reportedly signed up to a TV talent agency, who also represent Mel Geidroyc and Bruno Tonioli, in the hope of securing a gig that will bring her as much notoriety as her stint on the X Factor as she searches for ‘high impact’ TV ventures.
A source told The Sun she ‘cannot depend on music to give her the profile she craves.’
The added: ‘Her chart career is clearly stalling, so bagging high-impact TV roles has become the priority.
‘She really needs some top gigs to return her to the standing she enjoyed during her first stint on The X Factor.’
Cheryl has also reportedly filmed a pilot for Simon Cowell’s latest talent show, The Greatest Dancer.
The singer has also been battling against rumours that her relationship with Liam Payne has hit the rocks.
However, Liam recently tried to silence rumours by sharing a post that saw him spending time with Cheryl’s younger brother.
The couple are also gearing up for baby Bear’s first birthday on 22 March.
