Rihanna has finally given fans what they so desperately want.
The Work singer has excited the Navy by teasing new music from the recording studio after months of pleas for an update on her next album.
RiRi released her last album, Anti, in 2016 and its been pretty radio silent on the music front since with the popstar focusing on her Fenty Beauty cosmetics range and lingerie line, Savage x Fenty.
Well, the 30-year-old has finally confirmed that shes working on new music by posting a video of herself in the studio apparently singing lyrics to a song.
The only problem is – the sound was muted so fans have no idea whether its new music or RiRi is just having us on.
In the 15-second clip, RiRi swivels the camera around as she sings her heart out with the music engineers working hard in the background.
Needless to say, fans were beside themselves with excitement.
Well, it seems they should get their hopes up as Rihannas father, Ronald Fenty, has reportedly confirmed new music is on the way in 2019.

Loving Ronald spilling all the tea.

Ronald wasnt too sure about the possibility of a collaboration between RiRi and Beyonce though, as he reportedly added: I really dont know thats the truth she knows what shes doing.
His two album revelation lines up with previous reports that RiRi is planning on releasing a full album of dancehall tunes in addition to a pop record.
A producer told Rolling Stone: Theyre only choosing 10 records. Theyve been having writing camps and trying to keep them quiet for almost a year and a half now. Ive been flying to Miami, flying to L.A., cutting records nonstop for this project.
We are totally ready.
